The Food Testing Laboratory is a G+3 modern facility designed to serve as a critical testing and administration hub for the city. The ground and first floors accommodate administration and office functions, ensuring smooth operational workflow. The upper two floors are dedicated core lab areas equipped to test a wide range of food samples collected from across the city. This project holds special importance as it will become the 7th Food Testing Laboratory in Gujarat, enhancing the state’s capacity for quality control and public safety. In the future, the facility will also benefit the general public, allowing citizens to submit their own food samples for testing, ensuring transparency and improved food quality standards.
